Our Business System is the corporate management system that creates consistency across all of our businesses, maximizing our efficiency and driving our performance-based culture.The Business System encompasses the development of people, strategy execution, and financial management — each of which embeds the core values of the Doosan Credo in our work.
This Business System drives our growth initiative, “2G Strategy” which symbolizes the growth of business through the growth of people. Our “2G Strategy” systematically connects our people with our business strategy.
Quarterly and annual strategy review sessions set the direction for business as well as for individuals.
Our system supports the performance-oriented culture of Doosan, and paves the way for continuous growth and development.
