What kind of document included job application?: Candidates have to prepare job application following company requirement, include:
- Company's CV form
- Curriculum Vitae with a photo (notarized)
- Criminal record
- Copy of Degree and related certificates (notarized)
- Copy of household registration book and identity card (notarized)
What are the candidate’s qualifications?: The opportunity to work at DOOSAN VINA is always open to all candidates who want to work in the Company. For white collar, we have many vacancies for qualified candidates whose academic degrees are Bachelor Degree or Master Degree. For blue collar, we have many vacancies for normal labor, or candidates who graduated from Intermediate schools or Colleges
What are the top priorities when you are recruiting?: We highly appreciate candidates who have abilities and working experience which are suitable with requirements of job vacancies we need to hire as well as have traits of Doosan People such as open communication, Inhwa...
How long does it take to receive an answer after an interview?: We normally inform the successful candidates within 1 ~ 2 weeks from the interview date.
How much annual salary can I expect?: To offer a suitable salary for each candidate, we base on our compensation salary as well as abilities and working experience of that candidate.
Where do you normally conduct interviews?: Depending on recruitment need, we will hold interviews at proper places.
With new graduated students, we will conduct interviews at universities. With other candidates, interviews will be taken places at our offices in Dung Quat, Quang Ngai. With special cases, we will hold interview at places which are convenient for both candidate and our company.
